Terms of Service for Furda Builds Customers

Welcome to Furda Builds. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the purchase of any modular structures, designs, or add-ons (the "Services"). By engaging with us or accessing our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Scope of Services
Furda Builds specializes in off-site modular builds which are delivered and installed on the customer’s property. Services include:

  • Pre-designed modular structures (e.g., saunas, cigar shacks, offices, etc.)

  • Custom design and build services (for an additional fee)

  • Delivery and on-site installation

  • Optional electrical work through licensed third-party contractors

Permits & Legal Compliance
All builds must comply with local building codes. Furda Builds assists with permitting where applicable. Clients must understand that permitting processes take time, and no work will proceed without appropriate approvals. We will not be responsible for delays caused by permitting agencies.

Deposits & Payments
A deposit is only required for custom builds. Standard builds based on existing models typically do not require a deposit. Full payment terms will be included in the quote and contract.

Project Timelines

  • Standard builds (existing designs): 3–4 weeks turnaround

  • Custom builds: 6–8 weeks or more depending on complexity

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as supply chain disruptions or weather. Clients will be informed transparently of any delays.

Delays & Communication
We maintain open and honest communication with all clients. Delays caused by external issues (e.g., materials, weather, or client response time) will be addressed proactively. Updated timelines will be shared, especially during seasonal changes.

Changes to Scope
Once a project begins, changes must be discussed and agreed upon in writing:

  • Minor changes may be accommodated where reasonable

  • Major changes (such as material swaps or structural alterations) may incur additional charges

  • Once materials are received and fabrication begins, changes may be limited

Warranties & Liabilities
Warranties are currently under review and may be introduced in the future. Damage caused by the client, unauthorized individuals, or natural disasters will void any applicable warranties.

Third-Party Contractors
Furda Builds completes most work in-house. Any third-party professionals (e.g., electricians) used are verified and accountable for their own work. We coordinate these contractors and ensure they meet our standards.

Cancellations & Refusals
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if clients demonstrate disrespect, abuse, or attempt to make unreasonable last-minute changes. Respectful communication is a core value of our company.

Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and accessible work areas (e.g., clearing the backyard prior to install)

  • Cooperating on permitting timelines and approvals

  • Being available for scheduling, communication, and final walk-throughs

Intellectual Property
All designs and digital content created by Furda Builds remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Communication Consent
By engaging our services, you agree that Furda Builds may contact you via SMS, phone, or email for service-related purposes, including appointment scheduling, project updates, and customer support.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at info@furdabuilds.com.
We do not send SMS marketing messages unless you have explicitly opted in.

SMS Terms & Conditions
Furda Builds offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with clients regarding quotes, scheduling, job updates, appointment reminders, and other service-related communications.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send you an SMS confirming your unsubscribe status. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you may opt back in through our online forms or by contacting us directly.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with Furda Builds.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furda Builds is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific build or service in question.
